Q: How do I contact Mewcat x ?
A: You can contact us by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Typically Mewcatx tries to respond to emails within 24 hours. In order to save you time, please make sure that your question is not already answered elsewhere in Mewcatx FAQs. Otherwise, we will get back to you as soon as possible.
Q: Do Mewcatx ship internationally and how much will it cost?
A: Mewcatx offers Free Shipping of Your orders and gifts.
Q: How long is the shipping lead time?
A: Below are the estimated shipping lead time.
- Shipping Time Estimates (US & Canada): 2-4 weeks or 14-20 Days
- Shipping Time Estimates (International): 2-6 weeks or 14-38 Days
Q: Do Mewcatx provide shipment confirmation & Order Tracking?
A: You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 48 hours.
Q: Who pays for Customs, Duties, and Taxes?
A: Please note that any applicable import taxes, tariffs, etc. are already included in the original shipping cost.
Q: I received a faulty product. Can I get a refund/exchange for it?
A: Yes, you can get a refund/exchange for the faulty product if you can send it to us within 30 days. You can check our return policy page.
Q: My package is being returned in the mail, what do I do?
A: If Mewcatx ship your order to the address you provided and it comes back to us, it will be processed as a return to sender mail and you will be contacted at the email address provided. You will be given the option to reship to a valid address or a product refund.
Q: Am I able to change my shipping information after placing an order?
A: Mewcatx can change the shipping information within 10 hours after an order has been placed but not after that.
Q: Do you have a size chart for pet apparels?
A: Yes. You can view it with products @ Mewcatx store. There are instructions on how to measure your pet to see how it would fit within our sizing chart. You will need a measuring tape to measure the length, neck, and chest areas as shown in the diagram. You should be able to find something very close on our chart that will work for your pet. Remember, the measurements in the charts are for the pet apparel, not the pet that is meant to wear it.
Q: Can I add to an order after it has been placed?
A: Mewcatx doesn't support adding items to an order after it has been placed. If you need to add items to an order, please place a new order.
Q: Am I able to change my shipping address after placing an order?
A: You can change your shipping address within 10 hours of placing an order but not after completion of 10 hours.
Q: I'm getting an error when trying to process my order.
A: Here are some tips that may assist you in completing your order:
-The billing address that you input on our site must be identical to the billing information on file for your card.
-The information must be entered exactly as it appears using the same abbreviations and punctuation. Do you have a middle initial or middle name on the card? Don't forget to include it!
-Still having trouble? Please call your bank and ask for the EXACT information they have on file for your card.
Our system will only allow three attempts to process a card. After three attempts, the system will block the card for two hours; after the timeout period, you can try again to place the order.
